TLC Advantage, LLC, strives to insure that any information we collect is confidential.  TLC Advantage does not distribute, sell, barter or transfer personally identifiable information obtained from a user to a third party.  All Personal Health Information (PHI) received by TLC Advantage is protected to the fullest extent possible according to regulations implemented by the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA).  TLC Advantage pledges not to send unsolicited e-mail or share private information with other companies.
